I am pretty new at golf and am thinking of buying these Adams Idea A3 clubs. I see they were #1 on golf digest 2008 hot list for game improvement clubs. They also seem to be cheaper than the bigger name brand clubs like nike, callaway, taylormade, ping, etc. Can I please get some opinions on this set of clubs?
Come on guys I need help choosing my clubs!

I recently bought a new set of clubs(Adams A7) and the pro told me not to get them fitted. He said to just play them and see how i like it. I know that I have issues with the lie angle as I am not very tall (5’4") and I have wicked slice. Should I get them fitted or was he right in telling me I just needed to play them and learn how to swing them first? Or did he just not want to take the time to do it?
I was at a demo last weekend and stopped by the Adams Golf hitting area. I demo’d two different types of forges irons – one was the Adams Idea Pro Gold, and the other was an unreleased forged iron that Aaron Baddeley is currently playing. I liked both irons, and was considering purchasing the Idea Pro Golds, but wanted to try these new irons out one more time before I made any purchases. From what the rep told me the irons are available to demo only, won’t be available to the public for purchase until later this spring, possibly early summer. I have been into several golf shops, even the one at the range where I demo’d the clubs, and no one seems to know I am talking about. I can’t seem to find anything online about these irons anywhere, not even on the Adams website. Anyone know what they are, and where I could look up what the specs of the irons will be once released?
Thanks.
I was able to locate a pic of these blades (http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=237007) in case anyone wants to take a look. They are called the Adams Idea Pro Black Muscle back. If you are a better player and in the market for some new irons I suggest you give them a try, they felt great when I demo’d them (shaft was a little heavy on the demo model, that is why I want to check them out again).
ayye whats up guys, i havent been posting videos in a while so i decided what the hell, lets show them the new irons. yea they are taylormade rac os2 irons iclove them soo much, i got the topline thinned down to make them forged but still have that forgivness the os2 family brings to the table, new grips coming on all clubs shortly.
I’ve been playing golf for a year now, shooting anywhere from 85-95 consistently. I buy tons of golf balls and never play with the same brand, so I’m wondering which one I should focus on buying. ATM I’m playing Nike Power Distance Long. I got to use a Trackman unit at Topgolf so I have a lot of information on my swing, but don’t really know how to read it.
Driver:Swing Speed; 103mph Ball Speed; 149mph Spin Rate; 3243rpm Height; 28yds, Carry; 239yds
I don’t know if you need any info from other clubs, but I have those too.
I also hit a 10.5 degree Adams Golf Speedline with a normal shaft, but I’m getting a new driver in a few weeks. Definitely getting a stiff shaft, probably 9.5 degree loft this time.
What ball would you recommend I use to maximize distance?

Why is it that I can only find "clone" or aftermarket complete hybrid iron sets. With the much hyped game improvement capabilities that hybrid irons have to offer I was wondering why I HAVE NOT seen any of the top name brand manufacturers offer any of the complete hybrid sets?? I have seen a couple no name sets online at custom club companies like "pine meadow golf .com" and "golf clubs fore less.com". I love these hybrids and would like to get a quality name brand set but cannot find any with the exception of the Cleveland HI-BORE. and Adams only offers a partial hybrid set . Do I need to stick to my Ping G5′s They are nice forgiving traditional irons but probably not as forgiving as a hybrid set. Should I learn to play better with the traditonal irons or will everyone soon be playing with complete hybrid sets ???? Why dosnt TaylorMade or Callaway or Nike or Cobra .. offer complete hybrid iron sets ??????
